KIDNEY STONE AND OTHER AILMENTS HEALED Glasses were put off, after having been depended upon constantly for over ten years because of an eye trouble pronounced incurable by two noted specialists, a very aggravated condition of years' standing was overcome, also incipient tuberculosis, and many minor ailments disappeared, all from studying Science and Health. In August, 1913, a severe attack of kidney stone was overcome in four hours, and there has been no return or suggestion of the disease since that time. Fear that a malignant disease might be inherited has been overcome by a steadfast clinging to God as Father-Mother, Love. These are some of the physical healings; but there are other experiences for which I am even more grateful, an increasing freedom from temperamental traits, the lessening of fear and timidity, a growing out of a false sense of self, and these mean much to me. May my gratitude find expression in a larger love for God and man. Elsie
Ferguson I was a practicing physician before taking up the study of Christian Science, and am glad to vouch for the facts mentioned in the above testimony, with all of which I am personally familiar. The eye condition was unusual, caused much suffering, rendered any close work impossible, and could not be corrected by glasses. Since the healing, for a number of years, exacting office work has been done without the aid of glasses and without difficulty. The attack referred to as kidney stone had the characteristic symptoms of that disease in a violent form. The healing was most remarkable and convincing. Minerva Herrington
